There's nothing like a nice, hot cup of tea in the morning, afternoon, or night. One thing that will always be in my life (and cupboard, tehe!) will be tea. It's not only tasty, but can be beneficial for reducing stress to even healing the worst cold and flu symptoms.
I remember one of the first times I drank tea in my life, my mom said that my grandma would always drink tea herself. That conversation was the spark behind my love for tea, and would often remind me of my grandma when I would make a cup. Sometimes the simple things in life that people love can be more purposeful than their intent, and become a favorite past-time like it has in my life.
With my grandma in mind, I have come up with a list of my top-pick teas. My favorite tea for relaxing is vanilla comoro black tea from Harvey and Sons. If I'm feeling a little jazzy I'll make a london fog, which never fails to make me feel like a classy lady from England ;) If I have a cold, my go-to tea is Throat Coat from Herbal Medicinals. Oh and I can't forget my all time favorite that I'm actually drinking right now...blueberry hibiscus from Rishi, which is now being sold at Twisted Oak. This tea is perfect for a mid-day pick me up because of how refreshing and light it is.
As you can probably tell by now, I love tea and I love talking about tea. Haha kinda strange right?! I can always count on my sweet friend Morgan for always recommending the perfect teas to me and talking about the different varieties we like. Well, I guess I should probably stop blabbering about tea now.
Thanks for getting chatty with me :) Happy tea sipping everyone!
